Antique Holophane Commercial Brass Ceiling Light Fixture Ribbed Round Prismatic For Sale

Antique Holophane brass ceiling light fixture. The light measures 9 1/4” Diameter x 5 1/2” Tall. The glass is very stout with a wonderful curved flow with fluted ribbed accenting. The glass itself has a shimmering silver type effect at different angles, almost a prismatic type effect. There is a small spot of glass imperfection from the making process (Pictured), at first glance it looked like a small chip but at closer inspection it is smooth and part of the glass itself, also some very tiny natural air bubbles scattered within the glass and a very faint natural line striation within the glass also known as a fold (approximately 3-4” in length). The brass/copper fixture portion has natural aging coloration and slight scrapes/marks scattered throughout and a few small spots of patina but overall has aged fabulously. The thumb screw grommets are still very well seated and the screws work great. The fixture has a new socket and wires and ready for immediate installation.
