Up for sale is a beautiful antique German bisque (biscuit) porcelain figural group featuring a classic 18th-century courtly romance or "gallant" musical scene. The finely detailed sculpture depicts a young lady seated at a harp with a gentleman leaning in over her shoulder. The underside of the base features the historic underglaze blue six-spoke wheel mark of the renowned Höchst Porcelain Manufactory (Höchster Porzellanmanufaktur).

Harp Strings:

The original wire strings are missing, but the original pre-drilled guide holes are fully intact with no porcelain breakage. A very easy candidate for simple wire restoration.
