HAYS, KANSAS”Beautiful pale green scalloped border with floral accents, gold-tone detailing and an illustrated “Ye Old Year / Ye New Year” design.A wonderful piece of early 20th-century Kansas advertising and local Hays, Kansas history.Condition: This plate is more than 115 years old and does show age and wear. There is a noticeable chip/loss on the outer rim, shown clearly in the photos. There also appears to be some age-related crazing/fine lines and wear to portions of the decoration and gold trim.
