Antique Foo Fu Dog Gold Gilt Statue Japanese - Kutani- porcelain - intricate For Sale

This is an antique Foo Fu Dog Gold Gilt Statue. Japanese Kutani/styled porcelain. It is super intricate. It’s most likely 24k gold trim from what I found researching. It has extensive raised moriage enamel decoration and gilt accents throughout. Hand painted. It is extremely detailed with textured “scale” body patterning, spiral tail and mane motifs, cobalt blue and oxblood red enameling, and an openwork decorative ball under the paw. Very little wear. No chips. Great display piece. Base: 6x8” Condition: Good vintage condition overall. Some expected age-related wear to gilt and surface finish. Please examine all photos carefully for condition details, as they are part of the description. Unmarked underside.
