Gorgeous, beautifully detailed vintage filet lace tablecloth. This is a highly ornate textile featuring a prominent central floral medallion, scrolling vines, and structured geometric mesh borders typical of classic hand=made or early machine filet lace style. Approx. 68 in width by Approx. 100in length. The textile features spectacular weight and depth, showcasing openwork rectangular mesh juxtaposed against dense, linen-weave floral details. Scalloped edges accent the perimeter with secondary floral bouquets anchoring the corners. Perfect for elegant holiday staging, Victorian-themed decor. This piece is being sold in as-found, vintage condition . There is uniform and localized yellowing/browning/discoloration due to decades of storage and age. It features an antique ecru or tea-stained patina. We have not attempted to bleach or aggressively wash this item to preserve fiber integrity. Because of its massive size, this piece provides yards of usable historic lace fabric.
