• Maker: Wileman & Co. (Foley Potteries, Fenton, Staffordshire), trading as Shelley during the name-change period. The green backstamp “Late Foley / SHELLEY / ENGLAND” (in a shield cartouche) was used c. 1910–1916. potteriessales.com
• Event: Coronation of George V and Queen Mary, 22 June 1911 (Westminster Abbey).
• Form: Small white porcelain beaker, typically ~7.5–8 cm (3 inches) high with a gilt rim. No handle.
• Decoration: Color transfer prints.
  Front: Oval portraits of the King and Queen, Union Jack shield, crown, crossed sceptres, roses/thistles/shamrocks, “CORONATION JUNE 22ND 1911” and “LONG LIVE GEORGE & MARY”.
  Reverse: Crowned lion holding a yellow scroll/banner (a toast to the King and Queen / “God Save the King” wording, with 1911).
