Selling my beautiful antique gilt wood picture frame featuring its original convex / bubble glass frame decorated with raised floral embellishments.

The classic Victorian/Edwardian frame has an unusual rounded rectangular form with a warm aged gold/gilt finish. Floral appliqué details that appear at the top, bottom and side. Age seems to beLate 19th / Early 20th Century

The beautiful canvas portrait within was old andfaded, so Irefurbished it to a like-new condition.

Painting can be removed and replaced with your favorite photo or painting mounted inside the 15 3/4" by 9 3/4" area.

Approximate Details

• Gilt/gold-tone Tiger wood construction (Back of frame shows how the wood was cut at angles and curves to form the oval frame)
• The Raised Convex / bubble glass has no scratches
• The Elevated floral decorative accents seem to be made of plaster and connected to the Tiger wood. (No Problems with the decoration.)
• Beautiful, and naturally aged patina.
• I used material instead of paper backing, and glued it to the back of frame. The back of the frame also has areas of wear, pieces of paper stuck to it. See photo of the secure antique hanger.
  
• The back can be restored, but it does not hinder the beauty of the front.
• NEEDS TO BE PACKED VERY WELL INSIDE A LARGE BOX STURDY BOX
