This is a 3-1/4” closed “Senator” pattern penknife.
AC PENN NEW YORKis the tang stamp on each blade.
Little known brand; most likely a wholesaler. Estmiated 1920's vintage.
Nickel silver pins and brass liners.
Strong snap on both blades.
Large blade has a lot of wobble; pen blade is tight.
Dark brown synthetic handles have no cracks or chips.
Carried and used and lightly sharpened - full blades with patina as the photos show.
