For sale is a stunning, authentic antique heavy wooden picture frame measuring 30" x 26" overall. Dating from the late 19th to early 20th century (circa 1880–1910), this is a phenomenal piece of Victorian/Eastlake era craftsmanship. Features:- Heavy, substantial quarter-sawn oak construction.- Gorgeous, deep true-relief acanthus leaf and ornate scrollwork carvings.- The original beaded inner liner trim is fully intact.- Features decorative wooden rosette accent buttons running along the back perimeter.- Includes the original glass, authentic wood backing board, and an early 1900s portrait. The frame itself is in excellent condition with minor imperfections. Rightly so, it's over 100 years old.
