Miniature antique six sided bandbox measuring approximately 3 inches in width by approximately 2 1/8 inches in height.
Rare size, shape, and proportions!
Floral motifs.
Please note that the piece does have heavy wear and staining and losses. One of the corners of the six sided top is broken ( see photo ), and it appears to have an old reinforcement to another angle joint of the top ( see photos ). There is also heavy staining to the interior. See all photos as they are part of the description.
Regardless of the wear - still a very desirable miniature bandbox in a most unusual shape!
Please note the box does have wear and creases, fading, losses, etc… See photos as they are part of the description.
Items of this age and fragile nature are most carefully wrapped and packaged, fully insured, and then double boxed to insure safe arrival to you, thus, the listed postage.
Also, please be aware that the US Post Office also has once again increased the postage rates, which is beyond my control.
