Antique 19th/20thC Navajo Germantown Eye Dazzler - Estate Find For Sale

Just found this shown Navajo piece at a local estate of a longtime time homeowner and collector of so much stuff from so many categories. I’m figuring it’s a late 19th/early 20thC Navajo Germantown Eye Dazzler rug….I’m no expert on Navajo items so you can offer based on your expertise and what you see in the pics.Pictures tell the story. It came from a dry stored chest in a smoke free home. I have not cleaned or done anything to this piece.Buyer can clean as they see fit. I see no holes or signs of moth damage. Ends may have been repaired. I see orange yarn repair to borders. Measure about 38”55”..Again.. please offer based on your knowledge of Navajo weavings.Shipped USPS Ground with mandatory signature confirmation due to past theft issues when left on doorsteps.Ask questions or for more pics if need be..Thanks for looking
