Original early aviation-style flying goggles believed to date to approximately the 1920s–1930s.
These striking goggles feature large amber/orange tinted lenses, metal frames, a hinged folding center bridge, deep brown leather eye cups with ventilation holes, leather-covered nose bridge and an adjustable woven fabric head strap.
The combination of amber lenses, hinged metal frames and vented leather eye surrounds is characteristic of early civilian flying goggles from the pioneering decades of aviation.

Condition:
Authentic antique condition with substantial wear from age and use.
The leather is dry and shows cracking, flaking, separation, edge deterioration and losses, particularly around the eye cups, nose bridge and strap attachment areas. Stitching shows age and deterioration. The woven head strap is aged, discolored and worn.
The amber lenses remain present and show scratches, haze/soiling and other surface wear. The metal frames show patina, discoloration and surface wear.
