Antique 14k Yellow Gold Kappa Sigma Fraternity Pin w/Seeds Pearls (Missing One)
I found this Kappa Sigma fraternity pin among my father's pins from high school, college, and dental school. Funny thing is that he was a Lambda Chi in the late 1940s so we have no idea why he had this pin.
The pin was tested by my go-to jeweler to be 14K yellow gold. The crescent moon is made up of 12 seed pearls. A circle a 10 seed pearls surround the Greek letters Kappa Sigma. There is a seed pearl at the end of each point of the black and white enamel star. One seed pearl is missing, though. Black enamel skull and crossbones, crossed keys, and crossed swords are present. There are no markings on the back of the pin, with the exception of a stamp E522.
