14k Antique Tiffany Pencil
Nice antique Tiffany 14k large pencil most likely by WS Hicks although only the Tiffany signature is on it. Piece measures about 5 1/4 inches. This pencil comes with an original Tiffany antique box.
The point is a very thick sturdy point that I don't think will ever break. I have no doubt this is the original point the pen came with. Has a good feel and would be a great drawing pencil as well.

Gold standards in most countries are 10k, 14k, 18k and 22k.These are averages and while a piece may be marked 14k please be aware that thegold content itself could have a variance of up to 1.5k. This means somethingmarked 14k could be in a range from 12.5k to 15.5k. This is especiallytrue of vintage pieces as technology wasn?t as precise. With gemstones, weguarantee everything described as a diamond has been tested. With coloredgemstones however, particularly when small secondary stones, we make our bestefforts to be accurate in the description but there could be some variance asto what the stone is. Colored stones of nominal value and semi-preciousstones can?t be accurately tested unless sent to an organization such asGIA. If you have any concerns about colored stones in a specific piece, please contact us before offerding.
