Replica of the Alexander Palace egg — a jewelry egg, one of the fifty-two imperial Easter eggs made by the company of Karl Faberge for the Russian imperial family. The egg was created by order of Nicholas II in 1908, who gifted it to his wife Alexandra Feodorovna for Easter in 1908. The egg is currently stored in the Armory — State Museum of the Moscow Kremlin, Moscow, Russia. Our Egg opens in the middle and has a surprise - stand with a model of Alexander Palace, the country residence of Emperor Nicholas II.
MATERIAL: A metal alloy that is durable and environmentally friendly. The casting of the egg is carried out using the old wax method. The main background of the egg is applied and the details are decorated by hand with cold, colored enamel. The enamel retains its color and gloss for many years. The egg will remain in its original form for more than one decade. Depending on the model, an egg is manually decorated with high-quality sparkling rhinestones and pearls. Packaged in a gift box.
PURPOSE: The egg in the style of the famous Faberge eggs is an ideal gift for any occasion, especially for Easter, Birthday, Christmas or the birth of a child. Such a box is perfect for presenting a wedding ring. The egg is considered a symbol of fertility and therefore it will be a unique wedding gift. It is convenient to store jewelry and small memorabilia in it. For example, you can store your baby's first tooth in the small egg-box.
CARE: Does not require special care. It is enough to wipe with a damp soft cloth from dust. Do not wash the box in water. If the rhinestones fade over time, it is enough to wipe them with a glass cleaner. We work directly with factories, artists, and workshops, and we're happy to offer wide assortment of high quality goods, fast and free US shipping, and 30-Days return policy!
