An early-twentieth-century advertising postcard for the Albion Pension, also known as Woodcock Villa Saccardo, an English-run boarding house in Rome, Italy. The front centers on a crisp halftone photograph of the elegant multi-story villa, flanked by columns of printed text listing the property's amenities and rates. The reverse carries a standard Italian divided back (Cartolina Postale) layout and was never used.

Unused and unposted. Good vintage condition overall; scattered foxing spots and mild age toning visible primarily on the reverse, with slight corner wear. Central halftone photograph and all printed text on the front are clear and legible.
