Rare Albanian Order of the Partisan Star, First Class (Urdhëri “Ylli Partizan”), a historic military decoration from communist-era Albania.
Established on 9 July 1945, the Order of the Partisan Star was awarded for military merit, heroic actions and distinguished leadership during wartime. It was issued in three classes and is associated with Albania's partisan resistance during the Second World War.
The First Class decoration is distinguished by its red-enamelled five-pointed star with gold-coloured edging and a gold-coloured wreath. Examples exist in different materials and manufacturing variations, making authenticity and construction important to collectors.
