Acoma Pueblo Polychrome Pot by Native American Artist Lucy M. Lewis Signed:
$750.00

This small, hand-coiled vessel features her characteristic design elements: fine-line geometric abstractions, hatched triangle motifs, and bold angular shapes painted in contrasting black and vibrant orange-slip over a clean, hand-smoothed kaolin white base. Lucy M Lewis spent her entire life atop New Mexico's Sky City Mesa, famously reviving ancestral 11th-century Mimbres and Tularosa design styles using hand-gathered sacred gray clay, native mineral pigments, and brushes split from yucca leaves

Acoma Pueblo Polychrome Pot by Native American Artist Lucy M.
