Roanoke pin-back button made by the Parisian Novelty Company of Chicago.
Oval shaped button with red lettering measures 1-5/8” x 1-1/4”.
Red ribbon measures 3–1/2” long and reads:

Obvious wear and fraying to ribbon.
Appears previous owner applied a newer piece of red ribbon on reverse to reinforce it a bit.
