• ITEM : Antique Columbia Statuary CS #113 - Blessed Virgin Mother Mary.
• CONDITION : EXCELLENT antique condition - Greatly exaggerated in the photo is the end of Mary's nose one chip spot - Not noticeable at normal viewing distance - Other than that, the piece looks amazing especially for the age.
• DEPICTS : A classic timeless design of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the Heavens among the clouds & stars Crushing the Head of The Serpent with Her beautifully detailed feet - The Serpent is very well detailed as it surrounds almost the entire base.
• SPECIAL FEATURES : Notice the serene expression of Mary, the delicate trim of the gracefully flowing robes & the highly detailed Serpent - One of the best preserved & beautiful pieces I have found.
• MARKINGS : Model CS 113 (Columbia Statuary) is embedded in the plaster at the back near the base.
• HEIGHT : 13.5" tall x on a 4" wide x 3.5" deep octagon gold plinth.
• WEIGHT : Heavy solid plaster approx 2.16 pounds.
• COLOR : Pastel colors of aqua, rose, ivory & gold - Paint is stable.
