ANTIQUE 1890's - MILLER EARLY 1900’s GAS and ELECTRIC Combination Chandelier with Orig Etched Shades
Extremely Rare Antique Gas and Electric combination chandelier – 3 Gas and 3 Electric lights. Stamped "MILLER"
The fixture has been electrified and painstakinglyrestored to keep its original patina and integrity, while updated on the insideto make it sound and solid for use in your vintage home.
The chandelier has 6 original matchinggas and electric acid-etched shades in great condition with no chips or cracks.Some minor fitter nicks may be present but are invisible when mounted. There isone extra electric shade that will be included with purchase.
The rusted inner gas pipe and hub has been replaced with a new fully threadedpipe and a solid brass modern arm hub. It has all original shade holders and porcelain PS sockets in perfect condition. No
dings or dents to the brass, and I have worked hard to make sure all arms aresolid and level.
The fixture is currently about 48” inlength and can easily fit a 12 foot ceiling. I can adjust the length ofthe fixture for the winning buyer to meet your specifications at no additionalcost.
I am including a modern mountingbracket and the 3 candelabra gas arm light bulbs. Standard base Edison bulbs
are available in a wide variety of shapes and wattages – you can choose whatyou prefer from several retailers
