Interesting mission challenge coin celebrating the launch of AEHF FLIGHT 1 (ADVANCED EXTREMELY HIGH FREQUENCY). The coin commemorates the first satellite in the U.S. Military highly secure, jam-resistant AEHF Communications Constellation. Designed with deep enamel and crisp text, it honors both the defense wing and the prime aerospace engineering contractors responsible for sending the satellite into orbit. Measuring 1-1/2" in size, and marked as shown on each side, condition is minty with no damage - surprisingly heavy and substantial - without wrapper. Nice addition to any collection or display!
