9 Antique German Feather Tree Fruit Ornaments, Early 19th Century For Sale

9 Antique German Fruit Ornaments for a Feather Tree, Each fruit retains its original metal hanging loop, allowing them to be hung from the branches of a feather tree. They are all hand made and painted, everything I read about them says they are spun cotton but these feel more like a composite. They were popular as decorations during the late 19th and early 20th centuries and are now increasingly difficult to find. Each piece is well made and looks like a fruit we would know. This group has two pears, two apples, a plum, an acorn, and 3 fruits I am at a loss to determine. Maybe a kumquat and Mellon? The range in size from 2\" H for the pear to .75\" H for the Kumquat?
