Using Instructions

Soak the stone into the water for 10-15 minute, put it on the bamboo base with silicone holder on a flat surface
• Clip the angle guide on the knife at an angle of 10~30°
• Use 1000Grit side for sharpeningdull knives
• Use6000Grit side for finalpolishingand refine your knife edge.This process takes about 10 minutes.
• Use flattening Stone to keep your water stones flat
• Keep some water on the stone to stay wet
• After honing, clean the knife with wet cloth or water, then dry it
• Use a soft brush to clean the stone, thenput it in a ventilated place to dry
