This is a lot of 4 original vintage/antique black-and-white snapshot photographs capturing African American domestic workers, cooks, nannies, and children, sourced from the historic Moore estate in Franklin, Simpson County, Kentucky (author Gilbertine Moore, 1914-2008)

- Photo 1 (Identified Cook / Nanny & Children): Measures approx. 3.5" x 5" with deckle edges. Features Etta Cason ("our cook") seated on brick steps with children King Rogers III and Little Carol Rosenbloom. Detailed handwritten notes on the reverse detailing names, ages, and context.
- Photo 2 (Woman in Apron/Cap & Children with Dog): Measures approx. 3.25" x 5". Features an African American domestic worker standing alongside two children (young Gilbertine Moore) and a dog in a cart outdoors. Stamped on reverse: George Skaggs, Franklin, Ky.
- Photo 3 (Nanny "Mossie" with Children): Measures approx. 4.25" x 2.75". Lawn snapshot inscribed on front: "For Sue (Susan Gilbert Moore) - from the little Mossie - with Erma thrown in" showing Mossie holding a baby alongside a seated young boy. Antique automobile visible in background.

Condition:Original vintage condition with age-appropriate toning, light edge wear, and corner handling. Photo #3 has a small clipped lower-left corner (does not affect subjects).
