Possibly stored item i.e. bandages.-May have label glue residue/packing envelopeor has an old packing envelope on exterior.-Wheels function or replaced with new wheels (rubber slips off base over time).-Butterfly locksdo tend to tarnish (aluminum oxide?) <24hrs of humidity or lightest rain exposure. This is standard.-May have a faint stencil marking... medical unit, or similar writing. Usually comes off with rubbing alcohol.-May have dust, etc on exterior from storage.May have a dusty exterior or labels/residue thereof, stains from leaf material, etc.-Cases are good, but ship unboxed. Not sure how brutal FedEx may be. Far more than the military has been.
