Lemax Spooky Town Roadkill Roadhouse – 2015
This is the 2015 Lemax Spooky Town Roadkill Roadhouse from the Halloween/Spooky Town collection. This is a great piece for a Spooky Town display, featuring the classic haunted roadside biker theme. The piece has been very lightly used by me and has been stored in its original packaging.
The Roadkill Roadhouse was tested and is working properly. The lights and other functions are working as expected.
Please note that the motorcycle that originally sits in the middle of the piece is missing. The missing motorcycle is not included with this listing. Please review all photos carefully so you can see the exact condition and contents of the piece.
CONDITION
This piece was acquired secondhand and has been owned by previous collectors, so there may be some minor signs of wear from age, storage, or previous ownership. It has been kept in a smoke-free home with pets and has otherwise been stored carefully.
Some small pieces on older Spooky Town decorations can occasionally come loose. If a piece has come detached and is still included with the item, it will be included with the shipment and can generally be reattached with a small amount of glue.
There may also be a small amount of dust from storage despite my efforts to clean the piece.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
The original Styrofoam packaging provides good protection for the piece, but it cannot guarantee that nothing will come loose during shipping.
I will wrap the original box with a layer of large-bubble bubble wrap and place it inside a larger shipping box with additional protection around it.
Because these are older, detailed Halloween decorations, there is always a small possibility that a piece could come loose during shipping. Internal electronic components, wires, or connectors can also very rarely come loose during transit. This has been extremely uncommon in my experience, but it is still a possibility when shipping older electronic decorations.
If a small exterior piece comes loose during shipping, it can generally be reattached with glue. If an internal component were ever to come loose, it may require opening the piece and reconnecting or repairing the component.
By purchasing, please understand that minor damage or pieces coming loose during shipping can happen and are not grounds for a refund or return.
