Vintage 2001, completed Dimensions Felt Works hand-worked felt Christmas tree skirt.
Skirt is round, and about 42 inches across. There is no hole in the middle.
This is a completed kit. The design appears on one half of the skirt -- the skirt that would face the wall is plain white.
The design features a Santa Express train filled with elves and wrapped gifts. It has been worked in felt and sequins. The design is dimensional; the felt pieces have been sewn down with batting underneath. There is also hand embroidery.
On the half of the skirt that is plain white, there are some tree stains from previous years. See last photo for image. Stained area is also visible on first photo, at the top.
There may also be some missing sequins; it is hard to tell due to the busy design.
