Still sealed in bag! Vinyl bank does have some light marks/scuffs, but typical in the variance you would see from the manufacturing process. The bottom of the foot says 1999, but there is a JJL sticker on bag that says 111217, which usually signifies the date as I understand it, though I can\'t find any mention of a rerelease of these, I\'m not 100% sure on that. So it\'s possible that this was part of a rerelease around 2017 or that they switched how they used the JJL codes at some point.
