Issued by the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies, this historical collection includes the official patriotic ribbon-bound ceremony program, the formal parchment-style invitation sheet, black-and-white portrait print cards of both Reagan and Bush with printed facsimile signatures, and the original outer congressional envelope stamped \"North Standing Preferred.\"
