1970s Goldberg Co Richmond VA Appliance Dealer Archive Binder Catalogs Price Lists
Original Goldberg Company appliance and builder-products dealer archive from Richmond, Virginia, dating primarily from the late 1970s. The Goldberg binder itself is marked “Your Merchandising Distributor Since 1911.”
This substantial original dealer binder contains period catalogs, brochures, price sheets, product literature, installation information, order forms, and Goldberg Company documents covering kitchen cabinets, appliances, range hoods, vanities, medicine cabinets, countertops, faucets, sinks, and related builder products.
The binder is also an excellent visual reference for 1970s interior and product design, with extensive color photography and illustrations showing period kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, finishes, colors, typography, and advertising design. Many of the glossy brochures retain especially vivid period imagery.

Condition: This is an original working dealer binder and shows age and use. Materials exhibit varying degrees of age-related toning, discoloration, scattered foxing, edge/corner wear, and occasional handling or handwritten marks. The plain-paper price sheets and documents generally show more discoloration than the glossy promotional literature. Some brochure covers show more age than their interiors, while many interior glossy pages remain bright, colorful, and visually attractive. Materials were three-hole punched for storage in the binder as originally assembled and used. The Goldberg binder itself shows surface wear and discoloration from age and use.
