Lot of (4) Vintage Lansing, Michigan Electric Traction & Interurban Railroad Photos
Up for sale is an original lot of four (4) vintage black-and-white transit/railroad photographs featuring the Lansing Suburban Traction Co. and Michigan Electric Traction Co. in central Michigan.
Subject Era: Early 1900s through 1938 (1938 is explicitly noted on the enginehouse yard photo).
Print Era: Circa 1970s–1980s darkroom reprint (as indicated by the Kodak watermark).
1. Snowbound Michigan Electric Traction Co. car, Lansing-St. Johns line, with crew digging out of deep snow. The back is captioned "Snow bound - Mich. Elec. Traction Co, Lansing-St Johns line."
2. Michigan Electric Traction Co., Lansing-St. Johns line, with men working around a snow-covered car. The back is captioned accordingly.
3. Lansing Suburban Traction Co. open-sided car #302 at Pine Lake, with passengers and two uniformed crewmen. The back is captioned "Lansing Suburban Traction Co. - At Pine Lake."

Each print measures approx. 3.5 x 4.25 inches. Light toning and a few small spots; no tears or creases. Please see photos for condition. Shown in plastic album sleeves, which are included.
