Good glossy shape overall with some scuffs and scratches that may detract a little from the finish but do not harm the legibility or the color. See THIRD PHOTO for the worst of scuffs which are mainly near the “Crowned F” logo, the blank square next to it, and the “R-I-G-I-D” just below. There are other scratches and scuffs throughout but they are less detracting
Both mounting posts are present on the reverse so if you have the correct model(s), and the holes on it are not too reamed out, this should go back on. Or as a collector piece, they will allow the piece to tilt slightly for display.
I do not know the mode this came off of, just that it was approximately a 1970s era model.
The numbers and letters stamped on the back are not anything I can make sense of. They may indicate something about the model but I wouldn’t guarantee that, as it may just have to do with the factory location or tooling. It says:
