What\'s included:
If it is not pictured, it is not included. If it is in the pictures, you will receive it (obviously things used to show working condition or displaying the item are not included e.g. televisions, game consoles, display stands).
You will receive exactly what\'s pictured. For items with multiple quantities, you will receive one in similar condition or better as the one pictured.

Shipping
We ship Mondays-Fridays, except holidays. Sometimes we ship out Saturdays as well.
We have a 1 business day handling time, although we may ship out same day.
We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS (depending on location and package weight). Unless stated otherwise, all orders will ship within 1 business day of your payment being processed.
If the calculated shipping cost seems high, especially if you are an international buyer, please reach out, and I can try to pre-pack your item and give more accurate dimensions.
If you purchase multiple items (without sending offers), we will combine shipping and any excess shipping costs will be refunded after the order has been packed. If you are going to be sending offers, please reach out and confirm with us that you will still be eligible for combined shipping.
Returns
We offer free 30 day returns on most items, so please be honest about your return reason. If return abuse is suspected, a deduction willbemadefollowing \'s guidelines. You may be subject to restocking fee and shipping cost both ways.
A legitimate reason for return would be that you received the wrong item, item truly not as described, or the item was damaged inshipping in which case we will contact the shipper for refund through insurance.
You will need to provide some photos of the damage to the item and exterior packaging if the item was damaged during shipping.
All items must be returned in the same condition as shipped out.
