1961 Tigard High School Ti-U-Tiger Yearbook Tigard Oregon Vintage Local History For Sale

Original 1961 Ti-U-Tiger yearbook from Tigard High School in Tigard, Oregon.

A wonderful piece of Oregon school and local history, filled with period photographs, students, faculty, activities, sports, clubs and campus life from the early 1960s. The title page identifies Taylor Publishing Co. as publisher, with Paulette Michaelson as editor, Louise Nelson as associate editor, Mana Amburn as adviser and Bruno Studios as photographer.

The pale green embossed cover features a striking tiger design and wonderful mid-century styling.

No student signatures or inscriptions were noticed during inspection.

Condition

• Vintage pre-owned condition with expected age and handling wear.
• Front cover displays nicely with some light edge and surface wear.
• There are old tape/adhesive marks on the front endpapers as pictured.
• Back cover has noticeable surface wear, adhesive/paper residue and areas of finish loss from something previously attached to it. No attempt has been made to remove it. Please review photos closely.
• Interior pages generally display nicely.
• Very light vintage paper odor present; no overwhelming or foul odor detected.
• Sold as found.
