Vintage commercial button sample card featuring a variety of plastic buttons, labeled on the back (in pencil--not official) "8-19-61 Fall-Winter Streamline" which looks like the right vintage. which I think were made byStreamline Industries, these are probably from the 1970s or 1980s.
Card is not complete, it has 35 individual buttons with the sales specs for each (available sizes, colors, number on a card, etc.). 14 spots are missing the button but the info is still there including what type of button they were. All remaining buttons are securely stitched to the card which measures about 11 by 12 inches, but is pretty fragile. This is a great reference for button collectors.
