Original Vintage 1960s Manitou Motel Dining Room Restaurant Menu 710 Lakeshore Drive North Bay Ferris Ontario Canada
The Manitou Motel was a postwar highway motel on Highway 11, the "Lakeshore Route," about three miles south of North Bay in the Ferris area of Ontario, operating by 1953 under Mr. and Mrs. H.W. McKercher. It sat near Lake Nipissing's sand beach and advertised fifteen modern units with private baths, family suites with kitchenettes, and a dining room. By the 1970s it was run by John and Eleanor Ritchie with Al and Norm Johnson; the property is now the Lakeshore Suites, and the Manitou Motel name has been retired.
It measures 12" x 9" closed and 18" x 12" open
