Vintage original Time and Tide Club scrapbook from Asheville, North Carolina, documenting women’s club activities, meetings, community events, and local history primarily from the early 1960s.
The scrapbook contains a mix of original material, including newspaper clippings, handwritten notes, club records, correspondence, certificates, photographs, and other period ephemera. Included material references the North Carolina Federation of Women’s Clubs and the Asheville-area Time and Tide Club.
One especially notable item is an original black-and-white photograph stamped “Malcolm Gamble, Photographer – Citizen-Times – Asheville, N.C.”, connecting the archive directly to the Asheville Citizen-Times.
