Darby\'s was a mid-century restaurant at 216 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, in the heart of the then-fashionable Lincoln Road shopping district, operating by at least 1954 and into 1960. It billed itself as \'Famous for the finest food in the South,\' promoting \'quick, efficient and courteous service,\' a \'warm, homey atmosphere,\' and the tagline \'the place where customers become friends,\' and is remembered as a 1950s-60s Lincoln Road dining spot.
I don\'t see another menu of this great restaurant in active listings. It opened in 1960 so this menu appears to be from the year it opened in.
It measures 8.5\" x 5.5\" closed and 11\" x 8.5\" open.
