Preowned vintage condition. The hardcover book itself is in good condition for its age. The binding and spine appear mostly secure but show some minor looseness consistent with age and use. Black boards show rubbing, scuffing, edge wear, and wear at the corners and spine ends. Pages and page edges have age-related toning. Endpapers show scattered discoloration, foxing, and spotting.
The original illustrated dust jacket is present but is in poor, fragile condition. The rear portion and flap have significant loss and deterioration. An archival-quality clear Mylar dust-jacket protector is recommended to help prevent further damage.
