In Poor Condition. The front cover is badly separated with pieces missing. The back cover is also damaged, but much less. Pages are loose but not separated from the spine. Pages are age-yellowed but are not brittle and are 100% intact and readable. There are also handwritten children\'s names inside the front and back covers. If not for the cover damage, I would rate the book as Fair. See photos for size and condition.
