Content: This official document clears Sgt. Catalano for travel, certifying him "free from vermin" and quarantineable diseases. Because he served in the tropical CBI theater, the document lists specific infectious exposures including Malaria, Scrub Typhus, Diarrheal Diseases, Impetigo Contagiosa, and Lichen Planus.
