1945 RINGLING BROS. CIRCUS TOUR AUTOGRAPH BOOK — ROBERT RINGLING + WALLENDAS + DHOTRE + CLOWN ALLEY + (EMMETT KELLY) + BAND + OVER 60+ SIGNATURES — ORIGINAL/AUTHENTIC
This autograph book was signed during the mid 1940s (1945) by active personnel of the Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey Circus. All signatures were obtained in person by the original owner of this book during touring seasons and preserved in a private family collection for decades before being professionally documented.
Every name has been verified, categorized, and matched to its correct department using handwriting analysis, occupational clustering, and historical rosters from the Sarasota era. There are some important signatures in this book worth owning. What are the chances of ever finding another autograph book like this?

This book represents a complete, or near complete working roster of the Greatest Show on Earth during its golden era — including clowns, musicians, canvas men, wardrobe staff, and top leadership. Items with this level of documentation and accuracy are exceptionally rare and highly desirable to collectors, historians, and museums. I've never seen another one in my years reselling.
Along with this autograph book you will receive a 1945 route book along with photos that also came with the provenance of this estate, some circus related and some not which I believe were taken during her (the original book owners) travels with the R.B.B.B. circus in the 1940's
Also, this is not a full list of the names found in this book, (there are more) Not all names were able to be identified and some not added to the listing. But this listing does have the majority of signatures of what this book contains
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own such a rare compilation of autographs from the 1945 Ringling Bros tour all compiled into one book.
Signature delivery will be required upon receiving this book
Thanks for viewing
- Note of specific interest; I will not cut out and sell specific interest signatures separately. This rare lot of Circus history needs to stay in its original content. So please don't ask. Thank
