Up for sale, is a WWII US Military M1 helmet with a front seam and swivel bales. The interior heat batch marking is "434B" made by McCord Radiator in Detroit. This heat number dates from January to April, 1943. The helmet has a stainless rim and light green chin strap. It was probably refurbished at the end of WW2 for use in Korea (hence, the swivel bales). The rim has some paint loss. Unfortunately, there is no liner. It appears to be in good, used, condition, with above average paint, except some signs of past use.
