The lamp boasts a large size and features a multicolored porcelain body with a beautiful hand-painted rose and foliage motif, accented with gold gilding. This lamp is done in a beautiful air brush-ombre technique that fades into shades of blush pink to cream color. The top and bottom of the Lamp are in the pink shade that fades into the cream/beige tone in the middle section of the lamp where there are roses and foliage. The roses are in different shades of pink outlined in gold trim. The foliage features different shades of green with hints of blue in the background behind them. The lamp has applied double handles on each side that is completely covered in gold gilding. The lamp is powered by corded electricity and controlled by a turn-way socket knob, making it easy to use. This vintage lamp is a true original, manufactured between 1940-1950s and is in excellent working condition. The lamp also features a brass base, double handles, and a brass/metal finial. The cord is brown, and the lamp has a painted finish. The bottom of the lamp is slightly off center not sure if it was repaired or just a manufacturer defect it doesn't take away from its beauty.
