The original ACME caption on the reverse reads in part: “ROOSEVELTS GREET KING AND QUEEN” and identifies the scene at Union Station, where President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Mrs. Roosevelt greeted the King and Queen. The caption also identifies Brig. Gen. Edwin M. Watson, secretary to the President, and is dated 6-8-39 (June 8, 1939).
