This is part of the tangled, twisted, massive wreckage, all that remains of the Mainliner, luxury ship of the skies, which carried 19 persons to their death October 19th when it crashed 10,000 feet up in northeastern Utah's rugged, snow-covered Uinta Mountains.
Federal investigators who collected bits of the plane from the steep slope where it crashed held only slight hope that they would ever learn what caused the crash.
