CONDITIONHeavy cover rubbing, flaking and surface loss, with edge/corner wear, creases, age toning, stains/soiling and binding/staple wear. Handwritten inventory/price notation is present on the portrait/title page. A long vertical crease or possible closed tear is visible on the title page. Pages were not individually counted. PROVENANCEInherited inventory from a family friend who was an avid collector of antiques and historical memorabilia. The collection was assembled through antique shops and public/private sales, primarily in the Los Angeles area. Some pieces retain older collector or dealer notations. No formal provenance documents accompany this item.
