Description
Offered is an original 1928 Hungarian bronze commemorative plaque issued for the Tiszántúli Automobil Club Túraversenye (Touring Competition/Road Rally) held on June 2–3, 1928.
The plaque features a striking Art Deco relief of a vintage open-wheel racing automobile speeding through a countryside scene with period architectural elements, capturing the excitement of early European motoring. It is attributed to renowned Hungarian sculptor Zsigmond Kisfaludi Strobl (1884–1975), one of Hungary's most celebrated medalists and sculptors.

Condition
Original antique condition with an attractive aged bronze patina acquired over nearly a century. Surface wear, oxidation, discoloration, and handling marks are consistent with age and use. The reverse is plain and shows areas of oxidation and old adhesive residue. No cracks or repairs observed. Please review all photographs carefully as they form part of the description.
