1923 Press Photo Actress Virginia Lee Corbin Models Red, White Skirt Sports Suit For Sale

1923 Vintage Press Photo by PHOTOGRAPHER WOODBURY OF LOS ANGELES.Virginia Lee Corbin, of the fairy tale films, has returned to the screen in the Fisher production of "Youth Triumphant," aka "Enemies of Children" after two years in vaudeville.
An imported sports suit of red and white basket-woven flannel makes a dashing costume for Little Miss Corbin on festive and informal occasions. The white skirt is kilt-pleated and banded with three red stripes at the bottom and two at the belt. The red coat, short and fastened only at the neck, has a wide collar and flaring cuffed sleeves. Collar corners, sleeve ends, and coat edges are marked with designs in white yarn, hand-embroidered.
Her hat is of white felt with a dark red Spanish sash. White half socks and white kid Russian boots topped with red carry the red and white scheme from shoes to hat.
